Wo(men) in Tech REGATTA is a global conference of tech professionals who reconvene annually across three cities: Seattle, Vancouver, and Amsterdam. With the intention to further not only a career in tech, WiT REGATTA aims to be a North Star of sorts for their attendees to help build and maintain an elevated quality of work/life balance. Naturally, this was an immediate creative alignment for our team. After generating the 2023 campaign around, ‘WE GOTTA REGATTA’, Fathom Branding took the reins on bringing the visual conventions and branding to life. From copy development, event hashtags, and pre/active/post-event communications, T.O.N.E. Talent provided the REGATTA crew with a slew of creative solutions that were workshop ready.
